Rush service is available at a 30% surcharge if customer needs the order shipped in 2 weeks, 15% surcharge if customer needs the order shipped in 3 weeks.

Return:

We are happy to provide a refund for full priced (non-sale) items returned within 30 days of your original order date.

Return step:

Send us an email at info@limkoo.com with your order number, name, and if you want to exchange or get a refund on your product.
Fill up the return form included in your package with name and order number.
Put the item(s) back in their original packaging and include the return form.
Print the return form we send you by email and tape it to the packaging.
Drop the parcel off at your nearest DHL office.
Wait for your refund or for your new piece of kit.
Refunds can take up to 10 days after we've received your item.
