The Stitched pads range has been developed to offer a product that guarantees an extreme fit for both men and women and ensures the cyclist optimal comfort in the saddle. The stitching allows for a more complete ergonomic design that offers differentiated support in the various areas of the pad: it can in fact be more thick in the most sensitive areas for the cyclist.

This pad is made with 3 layers and 2 separated stitching parts with a recycled microfiber fabric. 
The first layer is a reticulated foam with the density of 65Kg/m³ and 4 mm of thickness guarantees a high elasticity of the product and a pleasant sensation of softness in contact with the body. The 8mm perforation on the first layer, increase the transpiration and the airstream of the pad. 
The second layer is a RDH reticulated foam with the density of 120Kg/m³ and 4mm thickness acts as a support to the third layer. It also has a backing that ensures more stability to the pad.
The third layer is a hydrophobic foam of 100 Kg/m³ density and 8mm thickness. Thanks to the H.T.S. (humidity
transition system), the passage of humidity from the inside to the outside is constant, transporting humidity away leaving a feeling of freshness. This means that this foam does not absorb moisture allowing excellent protection and comfort for long distances.

The foam is stitched to the pad in 4 points with a fluo color thread to give more dynamic feeling to the pad.
